Has anyone figured out a way to ungovern the engine and if so what is the actual top speed

 

If you look around, there are a few different tunes that you can get for your car. I am sure you can talk to them to get the info on the speed limiter and removing the limiter. With the fact that the car is making 340 hp, the car will most likely become drag limited around 170 mph You get the power up to around 400 hp, then you should be able to get near 200 mph.

416 HP from a tune only, 450 HP from a larger crank pulley plus tune, 475 HP from dual pulleys plus tune.
I don't think VAP can remove the top speed limiter altogether (but maybe they can, just ask them) but they can bump the top speed up quite a lot from the factory limit.
