Howdy, fellas. First post in the XJ forum here.

My wife and I live in Utah and are looking at an '11 XJ Supercharged in Santa Cruz, CA, and are hoping to find someone out there that'd be willing to go give it a look and a drive and report back. If you're willing, please shoot me a PM with what you feel would be a fair compensation for your time and how you'd like me to pay you, and I'll reply back with the contact info for the seller. This is a bit short notice as we would ideally like to head out this weekend to bring it home, but can wait until next weekend if our timeframe conflicts with your schedule.

Thanks in advance, and I look forward to working with whomever replies.

To widen your search for members in the California area, you might as well post this on Jaguar Models (Modern) folder. There 4 sections there for XJ forums. Good Luck

We found a near textbook literal barn find.

The original owner was a retired almond farmer in California that died shortly after purchase and left it to his kids. They racked up a grand total of 13k and change on it before selling it. When we went to pick it up, it was covered in dust and in a barn. It drove fine and passed the sniff and poke test. It's a 2019 One-Of-300 Collection in BRG with London Tan interior. We bought it at the end of July in '24 and it now has 22-something thousand on it. Since the picture, we've ceramic coated it, done a clear bra back to the A pillar, and have tinted the windows. A tune and pulleys from VAP are on the list, but pretty low down there so who knows when that'll happen.
