I just ignore that ittle warning light.. never even notice it. We have a 2013 also.

Not a solution but I have read that using the SDD setup and going into Engineering Mode you can find and modify the Start Stop system. Set it to inactive.
I have and use SDD but don't know how to do that.
Can anybody help?
