Hello, all. I'm not an owner (sadly), but wanted to compliment you all on your cars. I just went to a car show this weekend, and the XJ had by far the most beautiful interior I've ever seen. Maybe Bentley and/or Rolls Royces are nicer; I wouldn't know, I've only seen them in photos. But they certainly ought to be for the price, and I don't care for the exterior styling on those brands.

I'm keeping my eyes open for a used one. Wish me luck.

 

The most comfortable seats I've ever driven in. It blows away the wife's CLS 550, by far. I really, really hate the audio/Nav setup though. Way behind the times. Lexus blows us away with their 1080p dual screens.

 

The interior is what sold me initially, and I agree the seats are more comfortable than the Germans. But the best part is the way it makes you feel when driving it. Nothing else like it. Good luck and don't wait too long.

 

I agree. I have a 2007 LS and its nav/sound system is way ahead of the new Jag's. For some reason the British always have been behind in this area, the same way the Japanese will always be on the forefront of this kind of technology. But what the Lexus has in positive marks when it comes to tech, it has in negative marks when it comes to driving fun.
