Default Cracking at the base of the window frame.

Anyone else notice the plastic trim cracking at the base of the window frame on the front doors? The black plastic trim wraps around the frame, and it looks like the window frame has enough flex to stress and crack the plastic. Doing it on both front doors, but worse on the passenger side.

Weird that you mention this, because just a few weeks ago I had one black plastic trim piece (vertical one, between the two doors) on the rear passenger side door crack at the top, and my dealer replaced it for me under warranty.

They initially thought that a stone or something must have hit it and caused the crack, but upon closer inspection they agreed that there wasn't any sign of any "impact" damage and it did appear to be a stress crack.

I agree with your assessment that the XJL body sure has quite a bit of flexing going on.

I have a diagonal stress crack on the lower lead edge corner of my driver side vertical black rear door plastic trim piece, perhaps 1/2" long. Bummer. If you hadn't mentioned it I might not have even noticed it.

Looks like everyone that has responded has the Long Wheelbase XJ. I wonder if the short wheelbase has the same issue?

Just checked mine and no cracks on my SWB 2013. it's interesting that all you that have reported the issue seem to have LWB 2011s.
