Default FM Radio keeps losing presets - Resolved

My car was subject to a software update today to fix a persistent "Battery Low - Start Engine" warning. It may not be related but two issues have since materialised:

1. The FM (but not the DAB) radio forgets the presets each time the ignition is switched off.
2. I had difficulty re-pairing my phone via Bluetooth. The car was previously named 'Jaguar XJ' but now appears to be named 'MY CAR' in my phones list of Bluetooth connected devices.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Thanks.

For those interested these problems have now been rectified. Turned out it was a corrupt software update that caused both issues. Now that my car has had the software reloaded all is well. I've noticed also that there is some more obvious and descriptive messages that are given before systems are shut down when the battery gets low. So on the touchscreen I now get a message if I'm listening to the radio without the engine running after about 7-8 minutes that says "the battery is getting low, if the engine is not started within the next 3 minutes the entertainment system will be shut down".
