Headlight Restoration Pro absolutely no need to remove front bumper unless you want to do extra work for no reason

 

I follow him and loves his method. I see they sell the replacement lenses online. I wonder how easy/ hard it is to swap.

 

If you are worried about scratching the paint, just use a little bit of 2" wide masking tape on the painted surfaces. The tape is not sticky enough to take off paint and if you accidentally hit the paint, it will take the scraping and not hurt the paint underneath.
