no dash lights, no starter, good battery
My 2000 xj8 is dead. Nothing happens when I turn the key. It ran fine untill I stopped for something to eat then nothing. I have had a similar issue before but it started working after I tried a couple more times. Now there is nothing. No dash light. The battery is in good condition. Is there anything I can do? I heard there is an inertia switch somewhere but no directions to find it other than "it's hard to find". However I did not hit a bump or anything that could have caused it to stop working. Any ideas?

YOu've got no replies because you've posted in the wrong forum. Post again in the X308 forum.
You are right, there will be an inertia switch somewhere on the car, it's usually inside the car below the A post on the passenger side. However, where it is on an X308 series car I know not !
