Hi hope someone can help, the tv in my drivers seat head rest has stopped working. When you open the car the Jaguar emblem appears in the front and front passenger head rest but not the drivers. When you use the rear entertainment the right tv just won’t come on. Does this system go through the fuse board ( which I’m hoping) or could it be something more technical in a different location.
When you click the sync button on the front screen only one screen will highlight (left) and that left will come on, not the two, when the right screen is highlighted the right screen doesn’t come on, the left passenger screen will always come on.
it looks to me more of a power input source that’s the problem and hopefully just a blown Fuse, any ideas????

This happen to me about a year ago. I removed the four bolts securing the front seat and tilted it back to access the various plugs (several). I unplugged and re-plugged each of them until I learned what each plug operated. Thankfully, I had a loose plug. I re-secured the plug and the monitor has work ever since.
Hope you have similar success.

Thank you Rodney I shall get my spanner’s and get to work in looking, I have a feeling it’s going to be something as simple as that “fingers crossed”.

Not much help, but more of a "me too": when I got my 2010 one of the rear screens wasn't working. When I took it to the shop (I don't own a spanner) they fixed it by "taking it apart and putting it back together", which I interpret to mean fixing a loose connection.
