Default Replacing Front Bumper Reinforcement

Needed to tear the front off the car again to resolve some 'previous owner' issues, one being that the car had been in a front end impact serious enough to deploy the bonnet airbags,

I think the front bumper support / crash member is distorted as in pushed in in the centre and no longer has the curve it should have, either way I also need to replace the LH front fender / wing, the undertray and the LH Fender / wing liner as the front bumper cover will no longer fit in a manner that I am satisfied with.

I don't want to drill the rivets out of the crush cans but I don't see how to replace the crush cans without messing with the subframe as the long subframe mount bolts pass straight through them.

Don't mind buying new bolts - Jaguar reckon they can be re-used if the coating isn't damaged but there's not a whole lot of chances that won't happen. Can the item below be replaced without major mucking about with the subframe and taking the wheels off etc - car is currently on ramps and immobile as I'm pulling the rad pack out and doing a few other chore's. (Replacing Condenser, one AC line, poly V belt and tensioners, Cam Belt front and Rear (fuel pump), replacing gaskets on cam covers (rather annoying oil leak at the back of the engine - 3.0 TDV6), trying to identify an exhaust leak - not really audible but lots of soot under the hood / bonnet)

PPS : Some may say the cam belt can be done without pulling the Rad Pack etc - sure it can if you're a masochist - I like to see what I'm doing. Besides it is a good opportunity to clean all the crud from between things

PPS 2 : I may have answered my own question, it is less hassle just to drill out the three rivets on each side, messing with the crash cans is a nightmare I'm not interested in, you do need to support the engine if you remove those bolts from the subframe, the cars weight does need to be off its wheels.
