Replacing License Plate bulbs
Hello,
I'm trying to change the license plate light bulbs for 2012 XJ.
Is anyone know how to do it?
Please guide me step by step.....
I never tried before as this Forums as well~
Please help me to replace to LED plate bulbs if anybody know how to do it.

I just did this last week. It's pretty straight forward. I used a small flat blade screwdriver. It's best to lie down as I did makes it easier to do and to see. There is a tab on each end of lens in which to place your screwdriver . It's a simple matter of prising each lens out. The bulbs are screwed into a holder which can be removed once lens has been removed. I replaced mine with LEDs . Quite straight forward really. Hope that helps.
