Hey I own a Jaguar XJL 2012 Supercharged V8

I was wondering if anyone has the service manual and electrical guide for the xj that they can share with me. My car blew a head gasket (before I bought it) and has misfires on cylinder 4, 6, 8. And leaks only from that side, not sure what casued it but was planing to do an over haul on the car and need all the service manuals for this car. This will be the first newer jag I would work on as I'm used to the classics.

The question is how big the files are and whether I can send them via e-mail or if I have to go other routes to get you the info. Worst case, if you need some help, let me know. I am just south of you in California, MD. I wouldn't mind getting my hands a little oily helping with the engine rebuild should you want/need help.

 

If you look in the top sticky of this x351 forum, there will be mainly what is available offline. The manual that says 2014, I have found, is not for the 2014 model but instead that is when it was printed and basically covers your MY. The other one has some info but is mainly for Diesel 3.0s. and if you are feeling really philanthropic you could take pics and video while you are doing it for the rest of us few x351 owners 😆

Also look at the other forums. Especially the F-Type. Different car but the engines/transmissions are common across the JLR product range.
