I have 2019 XJL - Collection, which I purchased on 6/10/20 and as my first year of ownership came and went, there was no “service required” countdown reminder (Service Due in 1,500 miles). I barely made it under the 30 days from the in-service date anniversary in 2021 to be covered by the complimentary service.
I asked the service advisor about it and they were clueless on why this happened, nor offered a solution.
It’s a daily driver so the mileage met the service interval.
My next service date is coming up on 6/10/22. I’ve already made an appointment with the dealership, but am curious whether I’ll get a reminder this year.
Anyone else experienced this??
