Default SOS warning ⚠️

Can't seem to find the answer.
my nephew pressed the button on the overhead console. Now this stupid warning won't go away. Is it possible to clear without a dealer?

Call JaguarUSA and ask them to clear it out.

I had the same issue a month ago when I had the issue of being locked out of the car and had to use the direct 12V feed to open the trunk. There is a video on youtube on how to reset this using the SOS button on the overhead console. I believe it involved keeping it pressed for a certain amount of time till the flashing rim of light changes its sequence or goes away. Can't exactly remember off the top of my head. I discussed it with our dealer who informed me that sometimes this happens if the telematics module goes out and depending on the model year, new replacement modules are not available. If so, they code this functionality out in NA spec cars. Again, depends on the model year. Don't know how consistent or true is this across all the NA dealers. Hope this helps.
