I would like my car to remain in Dynamic mode as the default.
I would like my car to auto lock my doors.

Are these two settings possible to program from the dealer or by us someway?

What else can we ourselves or the dealer program for us?

Also I was heartbroken to find my particular 2112 SC wasn't fitted with adaptive CC (bought used). Wondering the possibility of a retrofit. I really love this feature, had it on a Mercedes CL63 I once owned.

Anyone have the entire SC option list handy they can post so I can know the other option possibilities I may or may not have on my car?

 

The 2nd option: "I would like my car to auto lock my doors" is available via the driver's options menu on the steering wheel. I think it is called "Drive Away locking" or something like that.
Let me know if you can't find it and I will check my car and let you know the steps.

 

In ours, the Dynamic setting as well as other settings seem to remain across starts and stops.
I didn't expect that but noticed after going somewhere, leaving it in dynamic, then when returning to the XJ and starting again it came up where I left it in dynamic mode.
