Does anyone know if the transmission in a 2013 XJ V6 supercharged is the same as the V8 transmissions in 2012 and 2014? I am trying to find/buy a filter kit for my 2013 V6. I can find listing for almost every other late model Jaguar EXCEPT the 2013 V6.

The XJ transmission was upgraded from 6-speed to 8-speed beginning with the 2013 model year. I think the same transmission was used with all engines, but there may be software differences.

Have you phoned your dealer's parts department?

I found the correct part number for the 2013 XJ - JDE36541. I did not realize that they changed the transmission from 6 to 8 speed that year as I never drive that car.
