wheel fitment on 11 xj sc

I got these for my '12 XJ SC with 245/45R-19 Bridgestone Blizzak LM-32 XL.

P.S. I don't know why, but when I paste this link in, and then follow it, it doesn't take me to the correct wheels. They are very similar, but importantly, the website says they will fit the car. The link above takes you to a version that doesn't fit.
The price was right and they look alright for the winter.
