I have two in my spare tire compartment. One black short one and one silver long one. they had to use the silver one last week when my car would not start to pull the car onto the truck. i need to check when i get the car back if there is also one built into the frame.

Probobly cause jesus didnt build this car or any other. Why do you need a spare tire?? Do you loose confidence in the tires on the car cause you have a spare???

again you can take yours off. Theyre all equipted with the screw in receptacle. You just need to unscrew the tow eye and put in the boot well storage area

your dealer didn't take it off and store it inside your spare tire tray. its not big deal. the tow hook is reverse thread. stick a long screw driver in to hole and twist it clock wise. it maybe hard at first cause to have to knock it loose them keep twisting it clock wise and it comes off.

Your dealer is an idiot. The towing eye belongs in the trunk in the receptacle made for it--just look in your owners manual under "wheel changing" and "vehicle recovery". Don't drive around with that ugly thing sticking out of the front of your beautiful car!

It's in the back next to left side rear exhaust pipe.
I knew my dealer has no knowledge on the car.

The rear one unscrews and is removeable as well.
