Do you realize that you're asking about an XF in the XJ Forum? No harm done because your question isn't model specific. You can ask your local Jaguar dealer, but odds are slim unless that's where you bought your XF.
Why do you need the Monroney sticker? You can get a lot of information about your XF from its Vehicle Identification Number. Just use this VIN Decoder:

Aftermarket sources are available on the internet that claim to make reproductions of Jaguar Monroney stickers. But Buyer Beware - they might not look like what actually came on your car.
