i just bought a 2010 x351 3.0d from Belgium.
The owner and vincode say it is a supersport.
What is a supersport?

Sorry I can't give you a definitive answer, since the diesel engine isn't sold in the USA. Nevertheless, the USA X351 SuperSport models have the highest horsepower 5.0L SC V8 engine, with 510HP, and other trim to distinguish them from "lesser" models. Perhaps the European diesel SuperSport has similar engine tweaks and trim, such as your 20 inch wheels, wood rim steering wheel and unique purple lining in the arm rest.

On this side of the pond, a diesel SuperSport would be an oxymoron, sort of like a Prius SuperSport - a poser, not a real high performance muscle car. Not many of us know that Audi makes an incredibly fast diesel LMP race car. But with our government's Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) requirements, I expect to see more diesels over here in the future.

The interior does appear to be the Semi Aniline seats/interior offered only on the US spec SuperSport model that has a 510hp supercharged gas/petrol V8 (2010-2013), However, the wheels are not Matavia wheels that are on US spec XJs or the Venom wheel offered when the Speed Package was ordered, yours are the Kasuga wheel that is the standard wheel US spec Supercharged gas/petrol XJs. Usually the side vents indicate the name of the model if more than base i.e. Supercharged, Portfolio, SuperSport, etc.. Can you post a picture of your side vents?

What is the CCR reference regarding bumpers,dampers,...??

 

Yes, in deed, it is a SuperSport, but with a diesel! This just goeas to show us all that Jaguar builds all variations of XJ and customizes them to specific markets. In fact, SuperSports are still built for some markets and engine/trims are all still made but market specific and even offered as Autobiography in some markets. The only thing no longer available, and I have it too, is tipped leather.

 

Can you help me regarding the CCR? What is this reference?
Is there any update for the infotainment software?
