Default X351 - Rear Climate Controls

Hi, anyone have any idea how you remove the rear climate control unit on an x351?

Would like a little more information here. What XJ do you own and can you give us some idea of what you are trying to accomplish. We have many members the not only list in their signature their cars and their particulars, but have a vast knowledge of the x351. So what are you trying to do and based on that we probably have members that can provide you with more information.

Hi XJsss, thanks for your reply......

As the thread title states, I have an X351 XJ......and I'm trying to remove the rear heated seat control panel that sits at the back of the centre console. So I need some help to understand how I dismantle the rear section of the centre console to allow me to exchange units. Hope this helps.....

From personal observation and the attached vue it simply pops off by pulling on the sides.

Does anyone know that When I replace one busted unit for another (from a breakers) do I have to get the dealer to code it?
