So, our JLR rep came in yesterday to hand out some stuff. He know's I'm a big Jag nut (still can't get into these rovers). He mentioned he drove a XJ AWD the other day. I asked what he thought. Well, you'd thought it was the greatest experience in the big cat he's ever had. Mind you, he has a two year old demo XJ with the 385hp motor. He could not believe the engine and driveline. Powerful, smooth, quiet. He was completely impressed with the new V6 engine and the AWD was unnoticeable. Now, this is a test mule for final tuning, but it does show that Jaguar is going to be competitive in the AWD market.
