I have one of the last 300, 2019 XJLs, that came off the assembly line. I'm wondering if any of the other 299 vehicles have found a home?

These 300 vehicles were badged as "The Collection", and were only available in British Racing Green, Yulong White and Santorini Black, with limited interior colors. British Racing Green with London Tan, and the Yulong White and Santorini Black having black or ivory interiors. I believe the combination of colors were the only choice to be made. All other features were standard to all vehicles. Supposedly, "The Collection", the 300 cars, were only sold in America.

470 hp 5.0-liter Supercharged V-8 and pretty much every option as standard. It din not come with head up display nor the heated windshield. They threw in some things that probably were taking up space in the warehouse. Rubber mats, trunk mat, cargo carrier, windshield sunshade and the basic rear seat convenience pack.

There wasn't much of a choice when I decided to buy. They had several, some white and some Santorini Black, and all but one of them had black interiors.. One of the blacks had an ivory interior, 200 miles on it, and that's the one we chose. Of course, the car was already a year old! Seemed that the price was okay, the deal was professionally handled, and my wife and I certainly liked the car. We had a 2017 XJ which we traded on this one. It had some mechanical issues and we wanted to trade-up for the newer technology that wasn't available on the 2017. We can talk later about our moves from a 2013 to a 2017 and finally to the 2019.

That's the story! S-o-o-o, is there anyone out there with one or more of the other 299 "Collection" Series XJLs?

We were looking at that 2019 XJL Collection last year, I love the BRG color like my BRG F-type & the V8, but since it's my wife's car, she decided to get the shorter 2019 XJ in white & tan interior, with just the V6, & the had a bigger discount for the XJ.
But that BRG Collection XJL was a beauty!!!

 

Really would love to have one of these as the final V8 XJ, but haven't seen them at all.

 

The dealer didn't have one of those, but the BRG came with London Tan interior and would have been my 1st choice. Our 2013 XJ was a dark blue with the London Tan interior and loved by all. By the way, the XJL is a bit of a long beast, but very, very comfortable. My wife needs a wheel chair and the XJL works fine for a lot of room.

That 470 supercharged horsepower certainly gets my attention! Especially in Sport Mode. Wow!
