Default Who needs an AC condenser?

I know I do. Anyone else? Looking at the market size before I approach a manufacturer.

Wasn’t there a place in UK that made an adapter kit permitting you to use the XJ6 version? I can’t find that anywhere.

I found the place that adapted an XJ6 Condenser, which in FenAir, but he will not sell a kit. He will only install on the car.

The manufacturer, Cooler Classic, already makes the XJ6 version and he’s willing to find out if he can do the V12 version.

Does anyone have a used/damaged/leaking condenser off the car already? It would make it easier to send him a sample than tearing my car apart if you’ve already done it..

Hey I just discovered a new listing on Rock Auto for the X305 condenser! The OSC 4823 is supposed to fit (no pictures of it) and references the correct part # MNA7390BA.

This is new, I've never seen a condenser listed there before. Its $240, not too bad. You should try this out and see if its for real.

I can see the difficulty in adapting the tubes to use the XJ6 version. Maybe that will no longer be necessary?

That wasn’t there a few weeks ago!

Ordered…

I will post a picture of it when received. Hopefully you folks will be able to eyeball and tell me if it’s just a XJ6 condenser thats been miscategorized.

Just checked out the https://oscautomotive.com website catalog, and they do list separate part numbers for XJ6 vs XJ12 (4822 vs 4823 for V12) so that is hopeful.

Rock Auto cancelled the order saying it’s out of stock. They did that to me with the last XJ12 Condenser they had listed, which was another brand. Back to original plant!

Limora have one advertised on their site but they want around $1800.00 USD for it. Probably way cheaper to get one made locally.

Cheers,
Jeff.
