05 XJR broken center console latch

Default 05 XJR broken center console latch
Struggling with removal of padded armrest/cupholder from base of armrest. 4 screws are removed but still attached at front. Does anyone have a pdf of the replacement of latch? Thanks for any help

Default Broken center latch
Duuuh, put way too much into this one. The latch just clips on with pressure. Thats why they don't last. The plastic just doesn't last against the metal rods.
