08 VP front suspension issues
Hello,
Have an 08 vanden Plastic that needs suspension work. I want to convert to coil over Springs.
I have a couple of questions
1. Has anyone tried using S type struts instead of Arnott or other conversion kits? Read a post about it but haven't seen anything else.
2. Is any way to buy the Arnott conversion coils independently instead of the entire kit. Are they a standard part for another jag or audi etc... money is a bit tight right now. I I would love to convert the front then later switch the backs. Also, is this possible without damaging the car, any other effects besides codes?
I attached a couple of pics of how my car is sitting. Funny enough no codes so far.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I finished the front half of the conversion. It was very time consuming but I can't say it was hard. The most difficult part is that the s type shocks are smaller in diameter so you have to make new holes. It would be nice if they were like bmw where the bolts are on a bearing that rotate.
I took it out for a ride, it feels good a little bumpy but I have been told it's normal as the suspension settles in.
I am holding off on the rear. Hopefully I will have it done soon.
