Default 2004 XJ Navigation Upgrade

This may be a strange question, but has anyone successfully upgraded the standard factory CD audio system [XJ base model] to the 2004-series in-dash Navigation unit [touch screen]? I have the base in-dash CD+changer model w/o the bluetooth unit. I know you can add the factory bluetooth unit after the fact, but I'd like to have the in-dash navi as well.

Thanks for the pointer. That's exactly what I was looking for... now just to scour eBay for a suitable used satnav.

Yeah... I'd really like to take that thing off your hands... but I'm working on an intake manifold refresh on my 88' 928 Porsche... $2k in parts going into the intake refresh. Its one of those "while you're in there" jobs...
