2004 xj8 cannot find rear seat release tabs, help!

Need to service fuel pump but rear seat cushion won't budge and there are no visible releases to remove same. What to do?

Had a jaguar mechanic help out with rear seat. Release tabs difficult to get to. Mech gave me his number, he will be my go to guy where necessary. So, a good outcome today. Love the car!
