Nope, you can pull the side marker light away and change the bulb.

I don't remember the exact sequence - something like back first then to the bottom. Try it out it does come off.

 

I don't believe the rear side markers are bulbs, just reflectors. I know mine do not light.

There are bulbs in both front markers. The front bumper is spring loaded top to bottom; the fender marker is srpung front to back.

Good to know, then both of mine are out...and another project. Funny thing, I couldn't find a bulb listed for it on the JTIS. That is why I concluded they're probably just reflectors. The other side lights are listed. I'll need to go back to it and see where I failed.

 

I believe the back side markers you push up, then out. It is in your manual...it was in mine, I just don't have it in front of me
