Default Air suspension drop on one corner

I have the chance to buy a X358 3.0 V6 Sov on a 2007 for £5000 covering 56k off some-one at my work, however the chap thats selling it mentioned that when he went to it one morning last week and it had dropped down on the rear passenger side. He started the car and it went up again and its been fine ever since.

Should I buy or stay away? Simple fix?
I will be buying the car just to sell again so want to make a profit, but I dont want to sell a faulty car.

an air suspension drop on one corner when parked is ussually a leak and can be a few areas, either the rubber air bladder or the air connections or o-ring seals leaking, a leak will show up when it is parked as the compressor does not run with ignition off to compensate for the leak, a bad leak will show up when driving as the compressor cannot keep up with it, best to find if it is a leak or other problem, all are fixable but will cost money, with the corner that sinks the lowest try soapy water on all the air suspension areas to see if bubbles form hence indicating what is leaking. then you could qualify a cost to repair

best regards

Andy
