Couple of Quick qs for anyone. I don't notice the height automatically adjusting as I was told. Always seems to be pretty low. Does this indicate a problem?
Also Can the ride be programmed less firm or is it set? I seem to be all firm all the time. Right now any bump is jarring.
I have 20 inch Sepangs and very low profile tires I'm wondering if set to soft might be less jarring / a more comfortable ride?

I have moved your post to start your own thread since it involves specific questions.
You can measure the ride height of your car at each corner and compare it to the factory specs. The ride height is measured from the center of the wheel to the lower edge of the wheel arch in the fender/wing. The factory specification for this measurement is 386mm front and 373mm rear, +/-15mm. In the thread at the link below, Cambo shows how to calibrate or change the ride height using SDD:
How to Lower Your X350
The ECATS adaptive suspension is factory programmed and Firm is the default setting. The Air Suspension Control Module (ASM) causes the shock absorbers/dampers into Soft mode by applying a Pulse Width Modulated signal to the solenoid valves. The electrical connectors for the solenoids are on the tops of each air spring/shock absorber unit. Typically, if your ECATS is misbehaving, you will get the CATS Fault warning on the instrument cluster, but perhaps not always. A Jaguar dealer or good independent mechanic with the necessary diagnostic equipment (such as the previously-mentioned SDD) can scan for proprietary Jaguar Diagnostic Fault Codes (DTCs) that may be flagged if your system is misbehaving. These DTCs fall into the B (Body), C (Chassis) and U (Network) categories and cannot be read by most generic OBDII scanners.
