and the plastic clips that hold the trunk carpet together .. They broke a couple of them when they installed the sub woofer replacements. And somehow I managed to break the handle that lifts up the carpet to access the spare tire....

 

The handle is integrated into the floor cover and not available separately. A new one from Jag is about $152. The clips are fairly common, try an autoparts store or even a dealer if you have one. They are cheap, fortunately.

 

If they broke it, they should pay for it.
