Arnott Air Shock Replaced Under Warranty
Howdy,
I noticed that my rear tie rods needed the bushings replaced. When the car was put on the rack the guy pointed out that oil was leaking out the bottom of the left rear air shock. It was still holding air, but the inner shock was losing its oil.
I took the car back to J.P.'s Foreign Auto Service who had installed the Arnotts in 2014. He called them about the problem and they agreed to replace BOTH shocks under warranty. They sent a pair of the new model shocks they are producing, and J.P. installed them as well as the suspension stuff.
So I am a very pleased Arnott customer.
