I have purchased the latest updated Denzo CD navigation disc for my 2007 Jaguar XJR. I am unsure whether you just remove the old disc and insert the new, or there is some other procedure. It does say to load the new disc with the engine running and follow the prompts, but have had no prompts.
Any information to assist please?

 

I put it in, waited. IIRC the disk eject/load does not work when the car is turned off. You have to leave it with the engine running until it finishes. I think mine took less time than the instructions said. You are not supposed to turn off the engine until it has finished. Mine went quite smoothly.


IIRC it did more work after I started the car again next time. It now allows destination entry even when in motion. You can have a browse of the menu and change settings after the upgrade has completed.
