Cool Blank Screen (when cold): Any Fix?

The nav screen on my '07 XJR is blank on cold days; it may take 10 - 15 minutes of driving to wake it up.
Did a quick forum search, and nothing definitive in various old threads. I'm a bit worried that the screen may go permanently blank, removing access to a bunch of radio, HVAC, etc adjustment points (I never use the obsolete nav, BTW).
So, is there any fix? (short of a dodgy used EBay screen)?

I have the same issue on my 2004 XJR. I kept thinking the screen was the culprit but I have installed the JagAux android kit and that changes out the screen and installs a new board to run in the background of the original. The screen now comes up right away with the new system but will not cycle back to the original Jaguar side of things for audio and climate controls for about 15-30 minutes. Once things warm up I am able to get to the Jaguar screen for those controls again. To me it has to be some capacitor on the original circuit board but I have looked over the board with a magnifying glass and don't see any signs of scorching or cracking or anything out of place. It could also be outside of the unit as well since I have also tried a replacement head unit from EBay and still have the same issue. Whatever you find will be of great interest to me and I will be watching.

Michael - Appreciate your insights!
(...what you discovered makes sense of the seemingly ambiguous old forum "Blank Screen" threads I recently read through:
It ain't the screen that's failing; it's something which drives the screen.
- A number of the old threads had replaced the screen with no improvement
- And, yes: it does sorta' act like a failing circuit board capacitor somewhere
- Alas, I no longer have access to scopes, cold- test rooms, signal analyzers, etc
- But, my bet is that somebody on this forum has done this kind of deep dive at some point
- Maybe they will see this thread and point us in the right direction...)

My suspicion is that it is outside of the head unit since I have gone as far as changing the whole thing out and still get the same situation. Could be the control module (which one I don't know) has a glitch with temperature and until it warms up the signal is erratic. I also hope that someone in this great forum has some insight....now we will both be watching.
