Default Small scratch in Nav screen

I've got a 1/4 inch scratch in my Nav screen. What can be done?

You can try products marketed towards iPod screen scratch repair. But be aware that no fix will be invisible.

wow, not a lot that I can think of that wont look like crud.
Any scratch remover is just a polish, and would leave a glossy spot.

I've seen many touch screen laptops (Panasonic Toughbooks) where common touch areas are rubbed smooth and it looks terrible no how well you clean it.

I know that Mercedes have a film that is replaceable. Like an anti glare layer. Is there something like that on Jags? If it is similar there must be some solution. It's a LCD screen.
I have replaced many LCDs on laptops and other tech. I wonder if the screen component can be replaced without the need to replace anything else.

Any facts?
