These were about £35 for the pair then the price went up to £115 each! I bought a pair of stainless brackets on ebay but the stainless steel is low quality and they have get a good amount of rust on mine now.

Mine just broke, After searching ordered them from Rock Auto. Saw the info about stainless from England but read a review that a set were starting to rust and the time to get them shipped to the US. (Car is a daily driver so I don't want it down too long)

The Jaguar original parts were total crap, being made of mild steel with a thin coating of black paint with no primer whatsoever. They failed on my first X350 and at that time m they were still a reasonable price from Jaguar. I painted my new ones properly, and then covered them in Waxoyl before fitting. Incidentally, I would think properly painted stainless steel items are a much better bet even if the stainless steel is not a particularly good grade.
