Default Busted Tire RESOLVED

I've had my 08 XJ8L for 7 days and have already managed to blow a tire. I'm not sure of what I ran over, but it punctured the sidewall of the left front tire. One of the lugs was stripped, so I couldn't get the wheel off. I had to have the car towed (thankfully it's included with my insurance).

Now, the issue that's scaring the heck out of me is that normally when 1 tire is flat, only that side of the car is low, but the entire front end of the car is low. I'm wondering if the air suspension could possibly be affected or if the air suspension just lowers the entire end of the car when one tire is flat.

Anyone experience this?

Front is controlled by a single height detector, so check for possible damage, but I suspect everything will level up when you get the new tyre on.

These are all low profile tires and if the air pressure is a bit low its not that hard to take out a tire.

I guess I was worried about nothing. As soon as they put the tires on and started the car it raised to normal height.
