Are they just chrome covers and a chrome cap?

Personally I would not go down that route but I do have chrome
covers and cap which I bought in the UK many years ago for not
much money.
They are chromed steel, look great, and have lasted well but have been
a little problematic.
If you do buy them I suggest that you put a little rubber grease on the
rubber valve before fitting and buy a couple of spares.
Tyre retailers used to have them on the front desk.

You have got my interest now and I have looked at my favorite Chinese retailer
and these are the ones I bought!
