Been two years without a fan. Have to haul *** in the summer and winter to make it blow enough air through to keep me cool or warm lol. So I did a search, I know I have seen this before on here but came up empty for some reason..surly operator error on my part as I know this has been discussed many times here. So, I replaced the motor, because it made metal on metal sounds, like a bearing was going out. Still does not work, at least that's what the shop said. Hopefully they did indeed do this as I purchased the blower used:

1-How do you bench test the blower? Can you just hook up a lead from a 12v battery to the leads on the blower?

He said I need to change the module, said you always do.

2-What does it look like, what is it called, and where is the best place to get it?

Any links to those step by step instructions will help as well.
