Default Coil Connector 2006 XJR Problem

While changing the coil on the number two cylinder (front left) as soon as the connector unplugged from the coil two of the wires came loose. I found a six pin connector of the same type at a local salvage yard and used it to disassemble and salvage the female pins.

Now all I need to do is remove the two pins from the four pin connector that the wires broke loose from.

Anyone know how to disassemble the connector to change the pins?

I had to cut the salvage yard connector to salvage the pins.

I want to keep the four pin connector in one piece.

"Plan B" was Welsh Enterprises had a car in their salvage yard. They are selling a complete connector with about 3" of each of the four wires attached.
