Cold Start Exhaust Clip
Hey guys, just took a short video of a cold start. I didn't get to drive or rev it up because my neighbor was out with her baby and cold start is already really loud, but next vid I'll get more detail. It's full 3" straight pipe exhaust with 3"glass packs. No catalytic converters or mufflers. Let me know what you think.
Its wicked sounding, but would not be for me personally..... Maybe it is my age, I would not want to have my Super this loud wrong car, my Pantera is a different story, different cat. I think the interior drone would drive me nuts. The fact you cut your cats out may make it not possible to sell with into a State that has Smog checks....
You are totally right, it is too loud sometimes even for me. Between 1700 and 2000 RPM it's drone city. I miss the original smooth quietness and the soft air suspension sometimes. For that reason, I enjoy driving my wife's BMW a lot because it has performance, but still quiet. I know my next car... I definitely won't be doing that to the exhaust, but for now I enjoy this one the way it is while I have it.
And yes, no way this car would survive in other states. It'll remain here in Florida. I don't even know how I get away with it being straight pipe and really dark window tints including on the windshield, but I get thumbs up and compliments from police/sheriff officers often. Probably helps that I don't drive like a jerk.
Thanks for commenting Don. Keep the Super clean and smooth!

What really matters, is you enjoy your car! And that is all that really matters......!
