Default crankcase breather and full load breather hose clamps

Hi: On my 04 4.2 these hoses are leaking vacuum and I have the crankcase one ordered. But when it gets here, how do I get old one off? It is wiggling at both ends in the metal port and though any damage to it suffered in removal would be moot, I still would like to know the exact technique for properly releasing it and then reseating the new one. Thank you.

On opposite sides of the full load breather end there are two press points.

Push in on both at the same time and it should come off.

Not sure on the low load pipe.

Turns out both of them use same method. I waited till my new PCV hose came and practiced on it while still out of the car. Snapping it in was easy and my fuel trims and MAF have stabilized already. Thank you.
