For the past 3 days I have been having random issues with buttons not working around the touch screen.
Sometimes I can't turn the A/C on or off, or select NAV, or phone without turning the car off then on and even doing that sometimes after a while, the buttons lock up again. Also sometimes when I turn on the A/C, the head unit shuts off and reboots.
I was able to do a DTC scan on the headunit and run internal diagnostics but no errors codes come up and dealer's only suggestion is an undefined electrical problem.
Ideas?
