This has been going on for 2 months now, it would randomly come and go.

I noticed it at idle, the engine will have a constant pulsating pattern. 2 pulsates every second, then eventually does a long slow pulsation then repeats back to 2 pulsates. I’m not losing power or anything like that, car runs fine. You can feel the patterns in the seat and hear it as well.

Another issue, not sure related, when the car is idling with the AC ON, the temperature will rise! Once I turn off the AC, the temp will drop back to normal. The Radiator fan will stay on for a long time afterwards. For the past 2 weeks it’s been constantly doing this, it’s time for me to do something about it.

My 07 only has 61,000 miles!

 

Thermostat housing on my 07 was the problem causing a similar fan issue.
