Anybody have any advice on the extended warranty the jag dealer sells.

The jag dealer offered to sell me an extended warranty before30 day or 1000 mile of the original warrenty is up. which one is best in my case and how much do they cost.
my car has 44016 mile on itI just purchased it. It appears to be well maintain by the carfax report.

Also the gas gauge is stuck at 5/8 to 3/4 even after a fill up.

You need fuel senders. You will need to get that fixed prior to Extended Warranty acceptance. Or live with it for a couple months and then claim it. But I recommend the first..get selling dealer to fix it.

The best one for you would be Jag Extra Mile. $200.00 deductible...so it sucks for the smaller things, but they use only factory parts. They do not have a limit per repair I don't think. They do not cover hoses, belts, brakes, tires etc. They cover powertrain and chassis. Electrical systems are hit or miss. Like they will cover nav system, but not the overhead console lights. You have to read the coverages for yourself, but for an aftermarket warranty they are good.
The other one I have heard about is Ford ESP. Supposed to be very good also.
