Default Forward O-2's are where?

Got a reduced power along with P0171 (no P0174). Does this indicate left side forward O-2 is not happy? Put a scanner on and read similar values for long and short term, banks a & 2. Long terms were maybe 10%, short terms were 3 or 4%. Oh yeah, this is after clearing the code. These values at idle and when I revved it in the garage I could get the LTs to go up to low 20's. Anyway I don't see much difference between B1 & B2. Is this a bad left side reading? Could I swap side to side O-2s to se if it changes to P0174? Where are the O-2 I have to switch? Where is the easiest way to access them? Oh yeah One more question... Do I need any special Jaguar tool to get the O-2s out?
Thx

A little cut and paste from the workshop manual:

Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S)
The heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) is a linear characteristic type sensor, fitted forward of the exhaust system's catalytic converter.

P0171: - Right-hand cylinders combustion too lean

  • Air intake leak between mass air flow (MAF) sensor and cylinder head
  • Fuel injector restriction
  • Fuel filter/system restriction
  • Low fuel pump output
  • Fuel pressure (IP) sensor failure (low fuel pressure)
  • HO2S/Catalyst monitor sensor harness wiring condition fault
  • Fuel temperature (EFT) sensor fault (low fuel temperature)
  • MAF sensor fault (low intake air flow)
  • Exhaust leak (before catalyst)
  • ECM receiving incorrect signal from one or more of the following sensors; ECT, MAF*, IAT, IP, EFT, TP

There was also a special service message:

With regards to codes P0171, P0174, Jaguar Product Investigation would like to offer some additional diagnostic information.

These codes can be caused by any un-metered air leak, such as a loose air intake tube, missing or damaged dipstick o ring, and a leaking cam cover gasket.

thanks u1. In my mind most of the causes listed in this manual excerpt would also throw a P0174. A few exceptions would be
1) air leak manifold to right side cyl head
2) injector or harness
3) exhaust leak between r.s. cyl head and cat.
4) (most likely) bad r.s. O-2 sensor or wiring / plug.

I think it's odd that Jag doesn't even mention the last one???
