Default Found my rattle...heat shield issue

So I knew my brake pads were rattling over bumps, and I am working on that, but the new rattle was under throttle and sure sounded like a heat shield. And it is. The passenger side most forward shield between the frame rail and cat con is rattling as the forward mount is torn off. Of course it is riveted on, so I can't just unscrew it and remount thought a new hole. I can't get at the rear mounts on the shield without removing the cat con(!) so I am looking for a fix not replacement. My only thought is to drill and rivet it right into the frame rail, but I just hate to do that.
Any ideas?
I can't imagine removing it is a good idea as it looks like a fuel line runs on the cool side of the shield
