Gearbox knocking on startup from jumped battery

Gearbox knocking on startup from jumped battery
Not sure if this is connected to the dead battery, but for the fist little while after startup I hear a knocking which I have located just ahead of the fire wall. It seems to have an oil pan so my guess is that it is the gearbox.
Any ideas?

i suggest you take a short video of this noise , and post it on YouTube then post a link here .
That will get you a better result .
