Default Head lights - How many bulbs are on one side and

My 2008 Jaguar XJR went into the shop for some radiator hoses located under the engine super charger. After getting the car back (two weeks later) the passenger side head lights are flickering, see link for short video. Do you think its coincidence the light bulb is going out or do you think something came lose? The headlight was working before it went in because I just happen to check it before it went in.

Also how many light bulbs are on one side of the head lights?

Thank you

You could have poor connection, lamp issue, or I hope you don't but a Ballast problem.

You have 4 bulbs. 1.Dipped Beam (outer) Headlight, 2. Front Direction indicator. 3. Main Beam (inner) . 4. Front Parking light.

Thank you! I have an extended warranty so I hope it will be covered if it isn't loose wires, burnt out bulbs.
